Rights in delivered websites transfer according to the accepted quote and terms of sale.

Personal data

Data: business name, activity, location, professional contact details and messages supplied with an enquiry. A way to contact you is needed to respond. Do not submit passwords or sensitive information.

Quote form: confirmed enquiries are stored in Cloudflare D1 behind protected administrative access. The enquiry table has no full-IP-address field; the request country may be recorded to help prevent abuse. Hosting infrastructure may separately process technical information, including IP addresses and security logs.

Providers: Cloudflare hosts the website and database, Zoho Mail provides professional email, and Resend may send quote notifications. Private assistance and tracking tools may be used to prepare proposals and manage exchanges. Access is limited to people and providers needed for these purposes. Contacts are not sold or rented.

Location: exclusively French or EU processing is not guaranteed. Some providers operate internationally. Further details about processing and applicable safeguards can be requested from the controller. Provider information is available from Cloudflare, Zoho and Resend.

Purposes and bases: responding to enquiries and providing services, on precontractual or contractual grounds where applicable; legitimate interests in professional relationships and service security; and compliance with legal obligations.

Professional outreach

Professional contact details may come from business websites and professional or municipal directories. The initial message identifies the source. Proposals must relate to the recipient's work, and relevance and known objections are checked before sending. Public availability alone is not consent to every use.

Retention: non-client prospect data used for outreach is kept for no more than three years from collection or the last contact initiated by the prospect. Sending another message ourselves does not restart that period. Contractual and accounting records have separate retention requirements.

Opt out: reply STOP or email the controller. Objections are checked before further outreach. Only the minimum information needed to prevent re-import or another send is retained separately in a suppression list for at least three years. It is not used for marketing.

Outreach messages prepared by Zero Frame do not include tracking pixels or request read receipts. This notice does not authorise unsolicited marketing worldwide; destination-country requirements still need to be considered.

Your rights

Subject to the GDPR's conditions, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection and, where applicable, portability. Requests are handled within applicable statutory time limits. You need not justify an objection to direct marketing.

Cookies and local storage

The public showcase pages do not include advertising or audience-measurement tools. Your light/dark theme preference may be saved locally in your browser. Introducing trackers that require consent would require updated information and appropriate consent controls.

Zero Frame aims to keep information current but cannot guarantee it is error-free. External links are not endorsements. This notice does not change an accepted quote or the terms of sale.
