Before you commit.
Do you really work worldwide?
Yes. The work is remote, so your business does not need to be in France. Calls can be scheduled around your time zone, and we can work in English or French.
What happens after the first 12 months?
The plan becomes month-to-month. You can continue with hosting and maintenance, or cancel with 30 days' notice and request the site files once the ownership conditions in the terms have been met.
What counts as a small monthly change?
Text, opening hours, links, photos and similar edits inside the existing structure. New pages, new features, integrations or redesign work are quoted separately. Unused monthly update time does not roll over.
Do I own the domain?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name whenever technically possible and remains yours if you leave. It is billed at the registrar's actual cost.
What if I do not like the first mockup?
You do not have to proceed. The first mockup exists so you can judge the direction before committing to a paid plan.
Can I have the site in more than one language?
Yes. One additional language is €120 for a standard site. Larger multilingual projects are quoted based on the amount of content and translation work.
